Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your X20HAIR purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1) Return Window
  • You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.

2) Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in original packaging (seals intact).

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Hygiene note: For safety reasons, opened or used haircare products cannot be returned unless they arrived defective or incorrect.

3) Non-returnable Items
  • Opened/used products (unless defective or wrong item).

  • Final-sale or clearance items (if labeled as such).

  • Gift cards, free gifts, or promotional items.

4) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos (outer box + product).
We will replace the item or issue a refund, and cover return shipping where needed.

5) How to Request a Return

Email support@X20HAIR.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Item(s) & quantity

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (required for damaged/defective/incorrect items)

If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions and the return address (RMA).

Items sent back without an approved RMA will not be accepted.

6) Return Shipping & Fees
  • If the return is due to change of mind / not a defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • If we provide a prepaid label, the label cost may be deducted from your refund.

  • We recommend using a trackable service; customers are responsible for monitoring the package in transit.

Original shipping charges (if any), duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7) Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank/PayPal may require additional time to post the credit.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)
  • Bundles/sets returned partially may be refunded at the pro-rated value of kept items, minus any discounts applied.

8) Exchanges
  • Need a different item? Please request a return first and place a new order for the product you want. For defective/incorrect items, we can process a direct replacement.

9) Order Changes & Cancellations
  • Orders can be canceled or edited before fulfillment. Once shipped, please follow the return process.

10) International Orders
  • Customs duties and import taxes are determined by your country and are not refundable by X20HAIR.

  • Refused/undeliverable international packages may incur return shipping and processing fees deducted from the refund.
